If the material is too dry, the slice is easily broken and incomplete. If the moisture content is too high, the slice may accumulate at the cutter and the discharge port.
2. nuts should be carefully selected process, can not be mixed with sand and other debris, otherwise it will lead to blade edge missing.
3. cylinder working pressure can not be too high, should be controlled at 0.3-0.4MPa, if the pressure is too low, the slice is easy to break, rather than the whole piece. When working, high pressure can cause tool chatter and make slice thickness uneven.
