Introduction of ice cream cones making machine
This machine is composed of three parts: frame, mould and electrical.
(1) rack: the frame is welded with the profiles, the upper panel, the bearing mold and the operation mechanism, and the front part is the electrical box. The surrounding area is covered with steel plates. There is a slideway on the right, so that the finished product will slip out.
(2) mould: the mold is made up of the upper die and the lower die. The upper die is mounted on the core, hanging under the joint bolt, moving vertically along the column, the lower die is flat on the panel, the lower die is divided into two blocks, the front one is fixed, the screw is fastened to the panel, the position of the die is determined, the other is a moving die and can be manipulated. It moves horizontally, closes the lower mold, covers the upper mold, and the core and the die hole form a specific cavity. If the slurry is injected in advance, it will be pressed into an egg support shape. Lift up the upper die, separate the lower die, form a certain distance, and the finished products and the remaining materials fall into the slipway.
The features of industrial ice cream cone machine:
There are two lengthwise long holes in each mold. The electric heating tube is internally installed, which is fixed by screws and heated by electricity. It is the heat source for baking egg support. The movable mould is connected with the traction mechanism of the middle part of the panel by the two connecting rod, and the bending ball handle on the right side of the plate moves the moving die back and forth. A bolt with adjustable height is arranged below the right connecting rod. When the current mode is closed, the lower part of the connecting rod is contacted with the top surface of the bolt as a positioning device. The connecting rod must overcome the dead point and press down 2-3 millimeters, which is called "mode-locked" and is obtained by adjusting the height of the bolt.
The upper die is equipped with a traction seat, which is connected with the rotating arm through the joint bolt. The upper and the lower hand holding handles are turned upwards around the cross beam until the joint bolts are in contact with the cross beam, and the upper die is raised to the highest point, otherwise the mold is closed. The mode of the upper and lower die must also have the "lock mode" requirement. The principle and the lower mode are the same after the closure of the lower die. The locking degree can be adjusted by the screw set on the arm.
(3) electrical part: the control element is centrally installed in the electrical box except for the execution element installed in the mold. There are two sets of temperature controllers on the dashboard, which can adjust and control the temperature of the upper and lower die respectively, and keep them automatically on the setting value. The right turn knob, the electric heating tube is electrified, the arrow on the knob indicates the setting temperature. At this point the indicator lights up, indicating that the heating is started. When the mold reaches the set temperature, the lamp will be ready to bake.
